Sioux Thorpe.

Sioux founded the Harwich troop in 1990 and is the commandant of the troop. Sioux is a trained BHSAI and is responsible for the equitational training of all members. Sioux works full time as a community staff nurse in Tendring. Sioux also trained with the Chelmsford Dioceses for 5 years and is now part of the Harwich Peninsula Parish Ministry Team

Jenni Scott.

Jenni joined the Horse Rangers in 1993 as a child and has progressed through the ranks to Captain. Jenni is responsible for the enrolment and Induction of new members. Jenni also teaches up to Silver Spur level and supports Officers. Jenni has completed British Horse Society (BHS) Stage 1 Care and Riding and BHS Riding and Road Safety. She also has certificates in first aid, child protection, Heath and Safety with Horses, and Baileys Horse Owner Feed Knowledge Awards both foundation and proficient levels. She also holds the Horse Rangers Association (Harwich Troop) Junior Instructor certificate and is currently completing her Instructor certificate, Jenni assists Sioux with equitational training of all members.

Heather Lilley.

Heather joined the Horse Rangers as a child and holds the rank of 1st lieutenant. She is a trained fitness instructor and works in the Tendring area. Heather runs the vaulting team with Jacqui Perks and also teaches riding to members at intermediate standard during Sunday sessions. Heather has completed her British Horse Society (BHS) Stage 1 Care and Riding and BHS Riding and Road Safety Certificate. Heather Holds First Aid and Child Protection Certificates.

Amanda Priestnall - PR & Press Officer.

Amanda was a Ranger for many years as a child. After leaving school she left the area to study horses and attained her British Horse Society stage 1 and 2 care and riding certificates and riding and road safety. Amanda rejoined us as an instructor in 2005 and teaches at Intermediate Level. She holds the rank of 1st Lieutenant. In September 2007 Amanda took on the role of PR and Press Officer. Amanda Holds Child Protection and First Aid certificates

Emma Harrison.

Emma works at a Veterinary Surgery and is trained as a Dog Groom. She holds the rank of 1st lieutenant and has completed her British Horse Society Stage 1 care and riding and riding and road safety examinations. Emma joined Horse Rangers as a child and has worked hard for many years, progressing through the ranks. Emma is an Intermediate Instructor for Saturday Sessions. Emma Holds child protection and First Aid certificates.

Rebecca Thorpe.

Rebecca holds the Rank of 1st Lieutenant and has been a member of the Horse Rangers since the troop began.

John Fawcett.

John has been a member of the Association since he was a child and has progressed through the Ranks, John has returned from university and instructs to intermediate level. John holds a First Aid Certificate.
